Hello!

 I am a "Boomer'; born in 1960.   This is a great age and I am determined to keep fit and healthy for as many years as I can. On the run up to my 60th birthday, I qualified as a Pilates Instructor and also gained  a qualification in nutrition. Prior to this I worked as an Education Officer, mentoring and supporting children and parents. I created  Verve Circle to share my fitness journey and my aim is to use my research and acquired knowledge to support you to stay active and well too. Join our growing community and have access to exclusive health and wellness articles, support groups and  fitness classes.   

Fitness and Mobility

You can be fit and active from the comfort of your own home and you can incorporate mobility, flexibility and strength into your daily life. Little by little you can learn how to maintain and improve your level of activity for healthy, wellbeing.  I  use Pilates to teach body fitness, mobility and flexibilty.  

Group or individual 1:1 virtual classes are available. 

Please contact me if you are interested in joining an existing class or if you or a group of friends or colleagues who would like to learn together and commission your own class.  

In Person classes are available depending on my location and will be advertised accordingly.
